What to Expect

First Visit

Whether you have been in church all of your life or are brand new to church, we want your experience here to be uplifting, welcoming, and exciting.  When you walk in the sanctuary doors, you will be greeted by several ushers that will hand you a church bulletin telling you about our service as well as events that are coming up in the next week.  Our services are more traditional, using mostly hymns from the Baptist Hymnal for congregational singing.  Occasionally we have some contemporary songs that are new and exciting for the congregation to learn and worship to.  Our choir and minister of music lead in worship as well as members or visitors of the church who use their talents as special music for the morning services.  The pastor preaches from the Bible.  If you do not have a Bible or forget yours we have Bibles in every pew that you are welcome to use!
